Diet&Exercise



I think that diet and exercise are closely connected.

(1)Diet
I guess that almost women wants to become thin and they tried diet at least once. There are many kinds of diet's ways and they are continuing increasing. For example, some kinds of a restriction on having a meal, playing sports, having some drags of supplement, and so on. Recently, a woad is prevalented among Japan. It's called "metabolic." It's dangerous for our health and Metabolic people: there are all of generations are found in Japan, so now, Japanese government warned against them to try getting rid of the metabolic.
However, it's difficult for generally people to diet without losing every
necessary nutritions. So almost people has tendency to suffer a setback it. The most important thing is knowing what way for which they fit, and trying doing it!

(2)Exercise
There are many kinds of exercise's ways. For example, running, jogging, swimming, yoga, gym, and so on. Exercise make us get healthy, muscles, feeling fresh, getting rid of stress, and enjoying sports! It can be enjoyed only a person, ofcoarse, but it also can be enjoyed more than one person. Exercise is very good effects for us. I think that almost university students whose are belongs any sports clab are declining their physical strengs. So, why don't you start some exercise!?:)

That's why, I think that the diet way of exercise can get good health, and doing exercise can get an ideal body style:)
